Common questions
How do I reset my password?
Open Sign in in GoodDeeds, choose the password-reset option, and enter your account email. Use the newest reset email and check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
How do I manage optional analytics and diagnostics?
Open Profile → Privacy & Analytics. You can choose usage analytics and diagnostic sharing separately. Both are off by default, and GoodDeeds works with either choice off. You can also access these choices before signing up.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile and use the account-deletion option. Enter your account password and confirm only when you are ready to remove the account and associated saved information. Previously uploaded telemetry is not automatically erased; contact support for privacy requests.
Where can I read the privacy policy?
The GoodDeeds privacy policy explains account information, optional reporting, your choices and deletion. The same policy is available inside the app.
